WHAT THE RULE ENGINE SUPPORTS
- Anniversary rule: next due is based on the last test date
- Fixed-date rule: next due is based on the purveyor's calendar deadline

The included sample purveyors show both patterns with source URLs.
Replace them with the purveyors you serve.
The included CSV and .ics files are sample outputs so you can see the shape.
For your own calendar feed, copy column A of the Calendar tab into a text file named backflow-due.ics and import it into your calendar.
Confirm the current rule with each city, water district, reporting portal, or other authority before relying on the dates.
