The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Usually I send a message informing how long will it take me to prepare your order. I ship by Poczta Polska. After the order is accepted by post, delivery time is usually takes 2-5 weeks but it can take up to 2 months due to the COVID-19 and with the current events in the world. Please note, during holiday seasons shipment time increases due to the heavy workload of the postal carriers. I'll do my best to meet these shipping deadlines, but I cannot guarantee this as only the post is responsible for the shipping terms.

HAND WASH (in rare cases). You can gently wash the dirt in warm water, while the water temperature should not exceed 30 degrees. A dirty place does not need to be rubbed, gentle strokes are enough. After that, the toys must be dried on a warm towel. DO NOT: bleach, dry clean, machine wash, wring, wash in hot and cold water.
