HOW THE WORKFLOW WORKS

1. Set up your production and scene IDs.
2. Record each take and mark the selected take when known.
3. Give continuity issues a stable Issue ID.
4. Link take notes back to the relevant Issue ID.
5. Record blocking items, pickups, and their status.
6. Use the HANDOFF sheet to see the counts and statuses already recorded in the logs.

BUILT FOR A CLEARER HANDOFF

The workbook is designed to keep take decisions, continuity observations, and unresolved follow-up in one connected structure. The HANDOFF view calculates recorded take counts, selected-take counts, open blocking items, open pickups, and a scene-level log status from the information entered in the workbook.

CLEAR IN LOG means that no unresolved blocking item or pickup is recorded for that scene. It is not a certification that continuity is error-free.
