No. Buyer Paper Studio offers digital planning templates. Nothing is mailed. Read each listing for the exact files and pages included. Our first collection is in development; the shop announcement will share updates as products become available.

How do I download my purchase?

For instant downloads, wait for Etsy to confirm payment, then open Etsy.com in a computer or mobile browser. Go to your account's Purchases and choose Download Files beside the order. Digital downloads are not currently available inside the Etsy app. If you checked out as a guest, use the download link in your Etsy receipt email.

Are the templates editable, and what software do I need?

Editing features vary by product. Check the listing for the file format, required software, and whether it is printable, fillable, or editable before buying. Do not assume a PDF can be edited. If a ZIP folder is included, extract it first, then follow the instructions supplied with the files. Message us if you need help choosing a compatible product.

How should I print my template?

For a template described as printable, use the paper size stated in its listing and check print preview before printing. Follow the file's instructions for scaling and margins. Print a single test page first. Colors and margins can vary by printer, paper, and screen. Digital use is supported only where the listing specifically says so.

What if I need a refund or something is wrong with my order?

If you bought the same item twice, received the wrong file, or cannot use a file as described, message us with your order number and the issue.
