IRON-ON INSTRUCTIONS Place the patch in your desired position with the embroidered side facing up. Cover it with a thin cotton cloth or pressing cloth. Using a dry iron on medium-high heat (no steam), press firmly for approximately 20–30 seconds. Turn the item inside out, when possible, and press from the back for another 20–30 seconds. Allow the patch to cool completely before checking the bond. Repeat briefly if needed.



Heat settings vary by fabric and iron. Do not iron onto heat-sensitive materials such as nylon, vinyl, leather, waterproof fabrics, or materials that may melt. Always check your item's care label first.

CARE + REPAIR For the longest life, hand wash or machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and turn the item inside out when possible. Avoid bleach and high heat. Air drying is recommended. Do not place a hot iron directly onto the embroidered surface.



With lots of aloha and everyday adventures, an edge may eventually begin to lift. Simply cover the patch with a pressing cloth and reapply heat using the instructions above. For hats, frequently washed items, heavy-use totes, or a more permanent hold, we recommend adding a few small stitches around the edge after ironing.
