What software do I need?

Software requirements vary by product; read the listing before purchasing. For the Wedding Day Handoff Kit, use desktop Microsoft Excel for the workbooks (not included) and a PDF form reader for the type-in PDFs. Adobe Acrobat Reader desktop is recommended. Print PDFs can be completed by hand. A desktop or laptop is recommended for setup.

Editing options depend on the product and are stated in each listing. In the Wedding Day Handoff Kit, the Excel workbook is editable and contains formulas in sage cells. PDF text fields and checkboxes are editable; PDF layouts, headings, fonts and colors are fixed. PDF times and totals are manual. Excel and PDF files do not synchronize.

Can I use templates for clients?

Check the license in each listing. The Wedding Day Handoff Kit allows one purchaser, couple or planning business to reuse it for unlimited weddings they personally plan or coordinate, including paid client events. Completed event files may be shared with that event team. Blank templates, source masters and lightly edited versions may not be resold or distributed as standalone products. Future products may have different license terms.

No. This is a digital download. No physical binder, printed pages, devices, software or planning service is included.

How do I download and print?

Download your purchases from Etsy in a web browser, then extract the ZIP files. Choose the Letter or A4 PDF that matches your paper and print at 100%. Print one completed proof before the full packet. Workbook sheets have prepared print areas; most are landscape.

What if a file is not working?

Contact the shop through Etsy Messages with the filename, software and device you are using. Please avoid including private wedding or payment details. The guide includes download, saving and print troubleshooting. If a file is not working as described, contact the shop so the issue can be addressed. Etsy policies and applicable consumer rights still apply.
