How will my item be shipped?

I ship with Royal Mail. Dispatch time 0-3 working days. FREE shipping within the UK. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Items are insured for their value and I retain all tracking details and postage receipts. Tracking numbers are included in your dispatch notification. Orders are packed in cardboard boxes / brown paper / padded postage bag, with a white printed address label. The intention of my packaging is to ensure safe delivery with nothing broken. If your item has not arrived, please contact me for a solution. In the unlikely event that an item is lost in the mail, I use the Royal Mail timescales for processing refunds and compensation.

I offer automatic combined shipping on all of my items. However due to the hugely varying values of different pieces, as well as hugely varying shipping costs around the world, this does not always add up correctly for the standard of shipping used. I always refund any significant shipping charges immediately after dispatch. Alternatively you can contact me before purchase and I can edit out any over-charge before payment.

Reserving items or searching for something specific?

If you have seen something you love but can't pay right now, just contact me. I am always happy to add a "reserve" on any item for up to 14 days. If there is something specific you are looking for but can't find, it is always worth asking. I usually have a large backlog of unlisted stock which I am more than happy to rummage through!
