The crew handoff sheet records each task's owner, due time, completion and follow-up. The session log keeps before-and-after changes beside the results and driver feedback, so your notes stay connected.

WHAT YOU GET
Two PDF files: one A4 version and one US Letter version. Each contains the same seven pages in English.

1. WEEKEND BRIEF
Record event details, the driver and class, session times, deadlines, owners, contacts, weekend priorities and arrival notes.

2. LOAD-OUT & RETURN
Thirteen blank item rows with categories, quantities, owners and out/back checkboxes. Includes space for missing, borrowed or left-behind items.

3. SESSION & CHANGE LOG
Use one sheet per session. Record conditions, the starting setup reference, changes made, before/after values, reasons, results and driver feedback. Note what to keep, reverse or investigate next.

4. BETWEEN-SESSION HANDOFF
Nine task rows with owners, due times, completion checkboxes and checked-by notes. Includes next-session details and unresolved items.

5. SPARES & REORDER LIST
Twelve rows for parts, starting quantities, quantities used and remaining, reorder quantities and locations. Includes supplier and order notes.

6. WEEKEND EXPENSES
Ten expense rows with categories, amounts and receipt references. Includes budget, currency, total spending, remaining budget and reimbursements. Totals are completed by hand.

7. PACK-DOWN & DEBRIEF
Record what worked, what needs attention, follow-up jobs, owners and due dates. Includes reminders for gear, records and restocking before leaving.

HOW TO USE
Download your files after Etsy confirms payment. Choose your paper size and print at Actual Size or 100%. Complete the sheets by hand. Print extra copies for more sessions, crew jobs, equipment or events.
