Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because our items are custom made specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges. If an error was made on your order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will resolve the issue. Refunds will only be issued if your order was received damaged during transit. You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We will need photos of the product and the shipping material as evidence. Refunds WILL NOT be issued for any orders whos tracking information states said package is " In Transit" We will not be responsible for undeliverable orders due to wrong address given at time of placing your order, nor will we be responsible for stolen or missing package(s) that USPS tracking marks as delivered.

Do you allow cancellations?

We do allow cancellations within 1 hour of purchase.

How long until my order ships?

We typically have a 3-5 business day processing time from order date to ship date. We process orders in the order received. Larger or bulk orders such as Wedding/Bridal parties or Birthday parties will require additional time to ship depending on quantity ordered and stock on hand. Please contact us with any inquiries you may have regarding these services we offer. Rush orders are available with a $10.00 additional fee per item. If you need an order rushed, please contact us prior to ordering. If an order is returned to us as a result of an incorrect shipping address entered by the buyer at the time the order was placed, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay said shipping charges to reship the package.

How do I care for my purchased item(s)?

All kitchenware, barware, and items that have vinyl applied, are to be hand washed only and allowed to air dry. Do Not place these items in the dishwasher or microwave. All it items that have heat transfer vinyl, such as clothing can be washed inside out in cold water on delicate cycle and allowed to air dry only. Do Not place in the dryer. If ironing is needed, please iron on the lowest setting.
