A good arrow is a list of numbers. Spine, GPI, cut length, insert, point
weight, vane, wrap, nock, total weight, FOC, speed. Then the bow: draw weight,
tiller, nock height, centershot, twists. Most of us keep those numbers in a
spreadsheet we never finished, on the back of an arrow box, or nowhere, and
then rebuild the whole tune from memory the next season.

This is the paper version, built properly.

WHAT YOU GET

01 ARROW BUILD RECORD
One build per sheet. The shaft, the front and back ends, the adhesives and
the nock index. Then a weight build-up table that sums the arrow component by
component, checked against what the scale actually says. First flights with
points and heads.

02 FOC WORKSHEET
Front of centre, measured the published way. A dimensioned drawing, the
formula, how to find the balance point, a worked example, and twelve lines to
record every arrow and point weight you try.

03 ARROW SET CARD
Sixteen numbered arrows. Weight, difference from average, straightness,

04 BOW SETUP RECORD
Draw weight on a scale, limb bolt turns, tiller, cam timing, rest,
centershot, nock height, peep, D-loop, sight. Then a change log for twists
and rest moves, one change at a time.

Nine tuning steps with a crosshair in every row so you draw the tear instead
of describing it. Bareshaft offsets beside a squared impact plot.

06 BROADHEAD TUNING
Field points against broadheads, distance by distance, with an impact plot
and a spin check for every head on every arrow.

07 SIGHT MARKS AND PIN GAPS
Fifteen confirmed marks with temperature and angle, pin gaps for seven pins,
and a sight tape record.

08 SPEED AND ENERGY
Five shot strings per build. Kinetic energy and momentum, with the exact
constants printed on the sheet and where they come from.

09 PRACTICE LOG
Twenty two sessions per page, with shots on the string carried in and out.

BUILT TO BE WRITTEN ON

Every write-in field is 0.33 in deep and every table row is 0.28 in. Fewer
fields per row, more room in each. The left margin is 0.75 in, so a
three-hole punch never lands on your writing.

YOUR NUMBERS, NOT OURS

There are no spine charts, no component databases and no draw weight advice
in this product. Choose components from the current charts published by your
shaft and bow makers. These sheets record what you built and how it flew.
