WHAT’S INCLUDED
One Excel workbook with four tabs:
Summary: monthly sales, costs, net profit and current stock at purchase cost.
Inventory: 500 purchase lots with a unique ID for each purchase.
Sales and returns: 1,000 lines with selling fees, shipping and profit calculations.
Guide: short instructions and sample entries you can clear.

HOW IT WORKS
Add a purchase to Inventory and give it a lot ID. Use that ID when you record a sale. The workbook subtracts sold units from stock and calculates transaction profit. Returns go in as negative quantities. Review messages flag duplicate IDs, missing costs and more units sold than purchased.

Enter your own purchase and sale prices. This workbook does not fetch live card prices. No API key, script or subscription is needed.

DOWNLOAD AND OPEN
You’ll receive a ZIP containing the .xlsx workbook and a short getting-started text file. Open the workbook in Microsoft Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. A desktop or laptop is recommended for the wider entry tables.

The screenshots use fictional sample data. Clear the shaded sample input cells before adding your own inventory. Use one currency throughout. Profit covers the transactions you enter; it does not include business overhead or income tax. Stay within the 500 inventory and 1,000 transaction rows provided.
