REFUNDS & LIMITATIONS

We want you to love your mahjong tiles! If there is a noticeable defect, we’re happy to work with you on a partial refund. We don’t offer full-order returns for small imperfections on individual tiles, since minor variations are part of the handmade process.

If there is a more serious issue that can’t be fixed, such as a major color difference or significant damage, please reach out to us. Once we’ve had a chance to verify the issue, we’ll work with you on either a partial refund or a replacement/remake of the order.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Our mahjong tiles are hand-carved and hand-colored, so each set has its own little imperfections and variations. Small differences are completely normal with handmade products and aren’t considered defects.

You may also notice a little extra ink around the edges or on the surface of a tile. This can happen during the printing process and is usually easy to remove with a clean, damp cloth.

A LITTLE HEADS UP

Because our tiles are made in different production batches, and because of differences in printing equipment and machinery, you may notice slight variations in color, design placement, or tile size from one set to another.

These small differences are a normal part of the production process and can be difficult to avoid. They are not considered defects and don’t qualify for after-sales service.

Thank you for understanding — and for appreciating the little details that make each set unique!
