THE PLANTS
New England aster, purple coneflower, blazing star, butterfly weed, ornamental onion 'Millenium', anise hyssop, dwarf Joe-Pye weed, little bluestem, catmint, rough goldenrod 'Fireworks', wild bergamot, black-eyed Susan, mountain mint, threadleaf coreopsis, aromatic aster.

HONEST NOTES
Butterfly weed and ornamental onion are toxic to dogs and cats (ASPCA), and the plan says so wherever they appear. Deer-tolerant is not deer-proof. The small 8 x 4 ft bed starts flowering in June; the two larger sizes start in May.
