School is out. Who is on? Plan school-break childcare around the hours you actually need, record real replies, and keep uncovered time visible.

This undated six-page planner is for parents coordinating school holidays, teacher workdays, early pickups and partial-day programs. Use it for fall, winter or spring breaks, or any date when the school and work calendars do not match.

WHAT YOU GET
One ZIP containing four PDFs and a quick-start text file:
• US Letter print and fillable editions
• A4 print and fillable editions
Each edition contains the SAME six unique pages, not 24 different worksheets.

THE SIX PAGES
1. Quick-start instructions
2. Calendar gaps and action owners
3. Coverage requests, actual replies, costs and remaining gaps
4. Shared day plan and pickup arrangements
5. Changed plans and acknowledgments
6. A fictional worked example: camp ends before work does

PRINT OR TYPE
Print at Actual size / 100% on matching paper, or open the fillable edition in a PDF reader with form support. Save a copy, enter short notes, save, close and reopen to check. There are 54 fields across working pages 2–5. The guide and example are read-only. Save separate copies or print extra sheets for more dates. Browser and mobile form support varies; no particular consumer reader, mobile device or physical printer was tested.

A request, waitlist place or payment is not necessarily confirmed care. Adults still choose suitable arrangements, verify provider rules, confirm actual replies and communicate changes directly. This is a manual coordination planner, not a childcare service or pickup authorization form. It does not send messages, book care, calculate totals or sync calendars.

Digital download only; nothing physical is shipped. Not a Canva template. No AI subscription needed to use it. Keep completed plans private. For personal household use; share completed plans with coordinating adults, not blank files for resale.

Designed with AI assistance and reviewed for content, layout and PDF form function. Cover props are illustrative and not included; gallery images show actual worksheet pages.
