★ WHAT THIS IS NOT (please read before buying)
• It is not a fire risk assessor. It organises and evidences your records; it does not assess your building for you or make premises legally safe. The Responsible Person and a competent fire risk assessor decide what is needed.
• It is not a cloud or online service. Your records are saved in the web browser on the computer you use and are never sent to me or anyone else. Clearing browsing data removes them, so download a backup regularly (one click). Share with colleagues by backup file.
• It is not medical or care advice. PEEP and resident records note only the help a person needs to evacuate; the log book does not assess anyone's health or give care advice.
• It is not a phone tool. Designed for a laptop or desktop; a tablet works in landscape.
• It is not a physical item. Digital download only.

★ STANDARDS, NAMED DESCRIPTIVELY
The record structure follows the duties in the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022. Suggested check frequencies follow published British Standards and guidance; your own fire risk assessment may set different ones, and you can change them.

Do I need internet or to sign up? No. It runs offline in your browser after you unzip it.
Is there a monthly fee? No. You pay once and keep it.
Can I use it for several buildings? Yes. Keep one copy per building and compare them on the Portfolio screen.
Can I print records for an inspector? Yes. Every report opens as a print preview; choose "Save as PDF" to keep a copy.
Are the names in the pictures real? No. All sample people, companies and addresses are fictional and labelled sample.
