How do I download my files?

Your files are ready right after payment. On Etsy go to You > Purchases and reviews and click Download Files (on the app, open the order and tap Download, or use a web browser). You can re-download them any time from your account. For best results, download on a computer.

Do I need special software?

No paid apps are needed. PDFs open in any free PDF reader and print on any home printer. Spreadsheets (.xlsx) open in Microsoft Excel or free Google Sheets (upload to Google Drive, then Open with Google Sheets). Editable templates (.pptx) open in PowerPoint or free Google Slides. Digital planners work in GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo or Samsung Notes. Each listing lists its exact file types.

Can I print at a print shop, and what sizes are included?

Yes. All files are high resolution (300 DPI) and print well at home or at any print shop or online printer, for your personal use. Printables include both US Letter and A4 (and A5 where noted). Wall art includes 5 ratio files that cover most standard frame sizes from 4x6 up to 24x36 inches and A-series sizes.

How do I edit the editable templates?

Open the included .pptx file in PowerPoint, or upload it to Google Drive and open it with free Google Slides. Click any text to change it, then download as PDF (for printing) or PNG/JPG (for sharing online). Each template comes with a short step-by-step guide.

Can I get a refund or resell the files?

Because files are delivered instantly, digital downloads can't be returned. But if anything is wrong with a file, message us and we will fix it or help right away. Files are for personal use only and may not be shared or resold, except clipart, SVG and digital paper, which include a small commercial-use license explained in the download.
