Pick the role plan, edit the task list to your site, and train against it. The trainer signs off each task with a date, method, and verdict. Completed qualifications land in the register with a requalification due date, and the matrix and status dashboard stay current as records are logged. When someone asks for the record, you open one workbook instead of chasing three binders and a supervisor's memory.
