Custom and personalised orders

Yes. Message me before ordering with what you have in mind, a custom color theme, a bundle, or something you do not see listed, and we can agree the details, scope, and price together. Once we have settled the terms, I set the order up as a listing here on Etsy for you to purchase, so every custom order is paid for and delivered through Etsy. That keeps your purchase covered by Etsy's protection and gives both of us a clear, transparent record. I do not take payment or fulfil orders outside Etsy.

All products are digital files. Printable pages are set up for US Letter (8.5 by 11 inches) and A4, the standard home-printer sizes. Guides and eBooks are PDF and can be read on any device or printed at home. Each listing states the exact format and page size included.

Open your files in a free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader for the sharpest result. Browsers can make high-resolution files look blurry. When printing, set your printer to Fit to Page or Scale to Fit so nothing is clipped at the edges. Files are 300 DPI for clean, crisp lines.

Wholesale availability

Every purchase is for personal use. If you need to print in bulk for a classroom or library, or you want a commercial or multi-user license, message me first and I will set up the right license and price for you.

How do I receive my files after I buy?

Everything is an instant digital download. As soon as your payment clears, Etsy gives you access on your Purchases and Reviews page. Smaller files download straight from Etsy. For larger books and image packs, your download is a short PDF that holds a secure link to the full files, just open it and click the link. Nothing is posted to you.

Is a physical item shipped to me?

No. Every product here is a digital file you download and print or use yourself. There are no physical items and no shipping costs.

What is your refund policy?

Because these are instant downloads that cannot be returned, all sales are final once a file has been accessed. If anything is wrong with your file or you cannot open it, please message me first and I will always help and put it right.

Do you offer a free sample?

Yes, for the coloring books. You can download a free test print page to check the quality on your own printer before you buy. The link is in the shop announcement and on the coloring listings.

Can I share or resell the files?

Please do not resell, share, or redistribute the files. Your purchase is for your own personal use, which protects the artwork and keeps the shop going. For business or classroom use, message me about a license.

Some of the files are large. How do I download them?

Because my coloring books and image packs are high quality, some files are too large for Etsy's upload limit. So, your Etsy download is a short PDF with a secure link inside it. After you buy, open that PDF from your Purchases and Reviews page and click the link to download everything from my Google Drive. You do not need a Google account, the link does not expire, and you can download again anytime. Both the printable PDF and the black and white images for coloring on a device are in the same folder.
