The file is too large to download. I have received zero help. I guess that is considered a $5.63 donation for nothing.

Hi, I’m sorry you’ve had this experience. I did send you a Google Drive link because the STL files are too large to download directly through Etsy. Please use the Google Drive link I sent in our messages and download the files from there, preferably using a computer or laptop browser. You do not need to download the large file from Etsy itself. If you can’t find the link or it still doesn’t work, please let me know and I can send the Google Drive link again right away.
