No — this is a digital shop. Nothing is mailed. Your files are delivered instantly by email and through your Etsy account the moment your order is confirmed, so you can print the same day.

How do I download my files?

Go to Etsy.com → You → Purchases & Reviews → click "Download Files" next to your order. A download link is also emailed to you automatically. Downloads work most reliably on a computer rather than a phone.

I can't open my file / the download isn't working. What now?

Message me and I'll sort it out — usually within a few hours. Two quick things to try first: open the link on a computer rather than a phone, and make sure you have a free PDF reader installed. Most download problems are one of these two things.

What size will this print at?

Printable PDFs in this shop are formatted for both US Letter and A4 paper — choose "Actual Size" or "100%" in your print settings, never "Fit to Page." Spreadsheet templates (trackers, planners) are digital tools built for use on your computer in Excel or Google Sheets, and aren't meant to be printed.

What paper should I use?

Standard printer paper works well for everything in this shop — journals, planners, business templates and trackers. If you're filling in pages by hand, a matte finish is easiest to write on.

Why do the printed colors look different from my screen?

Screens are backlit and paper isn't, so prints always look slightly softer than what you see on a monitor. This is normal for every printable, everywhere. For closest results, print at a print shop rather than on a home inkjet.

Digital files can't be returned once delivered, so all sales are final. But if your file is faulty, won't open, or doesn't match its description, message me — I'll fix it or refund it. See my full returns policy for details.

Can I use these designs for my business?

Purchases include a personal use license only — you can print as many copies as you like for yourself, but not resell them or sell printed copies. If you'd like a commercial license, message me and we'll arrange it.

Can you customize a design or change the colors for me?

Sometimes, yes — message me with what you have in mind. I can't always say yes, but I'd rather you ask than buy something that isn't quite right

Do you use AI to make these?

Yes, in part — I use AI-assisted design tools as one step in my process, and then curate, edit and finalize every file myself before it goes in the shop. I'd rather tell you that openly than not.
