For custom, made-to-measure, personalized wedding dresses and customized accessories — all sales are final. Non-custom accessories may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Can I cancel my order? You may cancel within 12 hours of purchase if production has not begun. After materials are purchased or work has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Is best to wash in warm or cold water (not exceeding 40 degrees). Hand or machine wash is better than dry cleaning. Bleach is not recommended as it can damage the fabric. Tips to avoid pilling while washing: •Wash items inside out •Use a fabric softener •Don’t put your dress in the dryer. Ironing is better while the fabric is still damp.

Free shipping includes delivery within 14-21 days. We have express delivery within 3-9 days (depending on the country) for an additional fee of 25-45 dollars (depending on the country). If you want express delivery, please send us a message.

What if the color is slightly different from what I expected?

Please keep in mind that colors may vary due to screen brightness, device settings, and lighting. Slight differences in the shade of white or tone are not considered defects and are not a reason for return.

What if the dress doesn’t fit me exactly?

Fit depends on the accuracy of the measurements provided. If your measurements were incorrect or your body changed after placing the order, we cannot accept returns. If you need help taking measurements, feel free to message me anytime! Send us a photo how the dress looks on you, we may be able to help.

Do I need to pay customs fees or taxes?

Shipments to the USA are sent with prepaid duties, so in most cases you won’t pay anything upon arrival. However, some states may apply an additional import fee. 💌 If you are charged any extra fees, send us a photo of the receipt — we will refund these costs. Orders shipped within the European Union may be subject to local VAT or customs rules depending on your country's regulations. Any additional taxes, if applied, are the buyer’s responsibility.

I changed my mind / my wedding was postponed or canceled. Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, no. Custom bridal items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold — therefore these situations are not eligible for returns or refunds.
