Create professional PDF invoices straight from Google Sheets: one row per client, one click for all of them.

What it does:
• You type one row per invoice: client, email, project, and line items (Item ; Qty ; Unit price).
• Click Invoices → Create invoices for new rows.
• The script calculates subtotal, tax (VAT/GST/sales tax, or none) and total in code.
• It saves a numbered PDF invoice (INV-2026-0001, 0002…) to a Google Drive folder.
• It creates a Gmail DRAFT to your client with the PDF attached. Nothing is sent until you review it and press Send.
• It marks the row Done and adds the PDF link. Finished rows are skipped next time.

What's in the download:
• InvoiceGenerator.gs: paste it into Extensions → Apps Script. No add-on, no subscription.
• Setup Guide (PDF): step-by-step, about 5 minutes.
• Sample CSV with example rows.

Works with any currency ($, €, £, ¥ and more). Your business details, payment details, tax rate, due days and invoice prefix are set in one settings block at the top.

Optional: AI-written cover emails if you add your own OpenAI API key. Without one, a clean built-in email template is used. AI only writes the email wording. Every amount is calculated by the script.

You need a free Google account (Sheets, Drive, Gmail). The first run asks you to authorize your own script. The guide shows how.

Please note: this is a digital download (script + guide), not a physical item. You are responsible for checking that your invoices meet your country's tax and invoicing rules. The PDF uses a clean, simple Google Docs layout. The listing image of the invoice is an illustration of its contents.
