Log your supervised clinical hours and see exactly where you stand against the requirements you set.

Built-in board presets are Texas LPC and Michigan LPC (master's) only. Any other license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, other states) uses the Custom option: you enter your own board's numbers on the REQUIREMENTS sheet.

HOURS THAT ADD UP CORRECTLY
- Type 1:30 or 1.5. Both mean ninety minutes. 1:30 plus 1:45 is 3:15 (3.25 hours).
- Minutes are real minutes: three sessions of 0:50 are 2:30, not 1.50.
- Totals are shown both as h:mm and as decimal hours, and go past 24 hours correctly.

SHEETS
- REQUIREMENTS: choose a preset or Custom and enter your board's numbers
- LOG: 2,000 rows for date, activity type, hours, site, supervisor, notes, with a Row Check on every row
- PROGRESS: direct client contact, indirect service, individual supervision and group supervision counted separately; status for each requirement; remaining hours; projected completion date at your pace
- MONTHLY: totals per month and a check against a monthly supervision minimum you set
- SIGN-OFF: pick a month, site and supervisor; prints on one page with signature lines
- SITES: totals by site and by supervisor

CHECKS YOU CAN TURN ON
- Total hours, direct contact hours, total supervision, individual supervision, minimum time period
- Maximum share of supervision that can be group supervision
- Minimum supervision hours in each month you practise
- Practice hours per supervision hour
Anything you leave blank is skipped.

PRESETS
Two presets fill in only the numbers stated in the published rule text, read on September 22, 2026 and cited inside the workbook: Texas LPC (22 TAC 681.92) and Michigan LPC, master's (R 338.1774). For every other board and license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, and others), choose Custom and enter your board's numbers. Rules change, so confirm your numbers with your board.
