Log your hours by client, see what's still unbilled, and print invoices from the same simple spreadsheet. Made for freelancers, contractors, consultants, designers, VAs and anyone who bills by the hour.

What's inside (one .xlsx file, 5 tabs):
• Start Here: your name or business, currency label, default hourly rate, tax/VAT rate, payment terms and year, plus short instructions.
• Dashboard: hours logged, billable hours and share, billed, unbilled work and unbilled hours, effective hourly rate. Hours and earnings by client and by month.
• Time Log: 1,000 rows. Date, client from a dropdown, project, task, hours, billable Yes/No and invoice number. Rate, amount and status (Unbilled, Billed, Non-billable) are filled in for you.
• Clients: up to 30 clients, each with its own hourly rate (or your default), contact email, hours, billed, unbilled and effective rate.
• Invoice: pick the client and type the invoice number. The lines from your time log, total hours, subtotal, tax, total and due date fill in. Print it or save it as PDF.
