- Concrete-Pour-Log.html: the tool. One self-contained file that opens in your web browser. No app store, no subscription. Needs a one-time email + PIN sign-in on each device. Covers job and supplier info, technicians and cert numbers, submittal plus your spec limits, loads with batch time and computed times-out, slump / air / temp tests with IN SPEC / HOLD against the limits you entered, placement logistics (pump, crane, buggy, washout), cylinders, notes, and photo attachments.
- Concrete-Pour-Log-Print-Letter.pdf: a blank Letter-size paper version to print and fill in by pen.
- START-HERE.txt: how to open it on a computer, iPhone and Android, how saving works, and how to print.
- LICENSE.txt: the single-buyer license.

The ZIP includes Concrete-Pour-Log-Print-Letter.pdf to print blank for hand fill. In the app, Print / Save PDF prints a filled record for the binder or the email.

How it works
Enter the job, supplier and testing company. Type the slump, air content and timeout limits from the spec (the tool shows ENTER SPEC LIMITS until you do). Add each load as it arrives: batch time gives you times-out, and slump / air readings show IN SPEC or HOLD against your limits. Log cylinder sets, where they cure and the initial-cure range from your spec. Attach ticket and location photos.

On phone, tablet or computer
Built to open in a phone or tablet browser (Safari or Chrome) as well as on a computer. Opening local files differs by device, so do the quick save test in START-HERE's iPhone / iPad or Android steps before your first real job. Entries save automatically in your browser on that device. The first open needs a signal for the device sign-in lock; after you are signed in, airplane mode is fine. The sign-in lock sends your email, a device ID and your PIN (or sign-in token) to planvya.com to check your seat. The sheet never sends your entries or photos anywhere; they stay on that device. Save a PDF of every finished record.

Print
Use Print / Save PDF for the binder, the email, or the project file. Or print the blank Concrete-Pour-Log-Print-Letter.pdf from the ZIP and fill it by hand.
