Deep green, warm ivory and oversized 911 typography give the artwork presence across a room. The white-and-green Carrera and its technical details invite a closer look. Above a desk or in a garage lounge, it's a conversation piece for anyone who knows what those three numbers mean.

The subject is the 1973 Carrera RS 2.7, created as a homologation special. Its unmistakable ducktail, 210 PS flat-six and focus on lightness made it a defining Porsche. Just 200 examples were built with the M471 Sport package.

Every car was a drawing before it was a car. We start with the finished car and draw it back to that first decision, until the proportion is honest and the stance is right and you would know it from across the room without a badge.
