Halloween Birthday Invitation, Spooky Birthday Boy Invite, Let's Get Spooky, Blue Checkered Ghost and Black Cat Party, Animated Mobile Evite

This Halloween birthday invitation is for the kid who has had his costume picked out since August and wants his party to feel just as spooky. A friendly ghost, a black cat in a purple witch hat, candy corn and a grinning jack-o'-lantern balloon float over a light blue checkerboard, with big groovy Let's Get Spooky lettering in teal and orange across the top. It looks fun enough for the whole class and still says Halloween from across the room. Add his name, his age, the time and your address in Canva, then send it to the other parents before soccer practice ends. No proof requests and no waiting on anyone but you.

WHY THIS HALLOWEEN BIRTHDAY INVITATION

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

- Animated mobile evite included. Most editable invitations only hand you a flat picture to send. This Halloween birthday invitation gives you a moving evite that grabs attention in a group text, and almost nobody in this theme offers it.
- Edit it tonight from your phone. You do not need a laptop or a print shop appointment. Type your details in the free Canva app and you have a card in minutes.
- One purchase, two versions. You get the printable card for the party table and the digital evite for the group chat, so you are not buying separate files.
- Spooky without the scary. Groovy retro lettering, a cool blue checkerboard and cartoon ghosts give it a playful Halloween look that boys and their friends actually like.
- Reuse with no expiration. Edit it again for the dessert table sign, favor tags, or thank you cards in the same style.

USE CASES

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

- A monster costume party in the garage with a haunted snack table. Add "wear your costume" under the time so nobody shows up in jeans.

- A glow stick flashlight tag party once the sun goes down. Send the evite to the team group chat the week before.

- A pumpkin carving birthday at the park pavilion. Print a stack and hand them out at school drop off.

- A Halloween movie night sleepover for a few best friends. Text the JPG straight to each parent with the pickup time.

- A double party for brothers born a week apart in October. Duplicate the page in Canva and change the name on the second card.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Q: Is this design only for a boy?
A: The blue checkerboard and the sample name Jack lean toward a boy, but nothing in the artwork is gendered. Change the name, and the teal, orange and purple lettering works for any kid who loves Halloween.

Q: My son is turning 10, not 7. Will it still work?
A: Yes. The age line is editable text, so you can type 5th, 10th or any age in Canva. The cartoon ghosts and groovy lettering suit little kids and older kids alike, so it does not look too young for a tween.

Q: Can I change the Halloween birthday invitation colors to match my party?
A: Yes. The blue, orange and black colors, the ghosts, and every text color are editable in Canva, so you can make it brighter or keep it cool. If you want a coordinating dessert sign or thank you card in the same look, check the rest of the shop for matching pieces.

Q: Does the animated mobile evite really move?
A: Yes. The evite version has gentle motion that plays when your guests open it on their phone, which is what makes it stand out in a busy group text. You send it as a link or video through text, WhatsApp, or email, and there is nothing for your guests to download.

Q: Can I edit this invitation on my phone?
A: Yes. Basic phone editing is supported through the free Canva app, so you can type the name, the date, and the address right from your phone tonight. A tablet or computer gives you a bit more room, but a phone is enough to finish and send it.

Q: Do I need to pay for Canva or design software?
A: No. The template opens in a free Canva account and there is nothing to install. Everything you need to change the wording and colors works on the free plan.

Q: How do I print the invitation once it is done?
A: Download the print ready PDF with crop marks and print at home on cardstock, use a local print shop, or upload to an online printer. The file is sized 5x7 inches, and the JPG is best for texting or posting the invitation digitally.

Q: Will I get a physical invitation in the mail?
A: No. This is a digital template for personal use only and no physical item will be shipped. You receive editable files instantly so you can print or send them yourself the same day.

Q: Can I reuse this for other party items?
A: Yes. There is no expiration on your edits and downloads, so you can reopen the template for a matching welcome sign, favor tags, or thank you cards in the same style. Coordinating designs are available in the shop if you would rather grab a ready bundle.
