Are these ready to use as-is?

Your medical director completes and signs them. That makes the finished document yours and specific to your practice, rather than a generic file with someone else's judgment baked in.

Who is the Medical Director Review line for?

Every buyer page has a Medical Director Review line in the footer. Once your medical director has reviewed the completed page, they sign and date it. That signature is what turns a downloaded template into an authorized practice protocol, and it is what an auditor or an insurer will look for.

What file formats are included?

Print-ready PDF for every document, sized for US Letter. Editable Canva versions are noted in each listing where they are included; the template link is inside the PDF. Wall posters are sized for printing at the dimensions stated in the listing.

Does this replace training?

No. These are documentation and workflow frameworks. They do not teach technique, they do not teach clinical decision-making, and they are not a training product. They assume a licensed professional operating within their scope under medical director oversight.

Are these specific to my state?
