Christmas Planner Printable — Gift List, Dinner Timeline, December Countdown & Card List | Undated A4 PDF + Tablet Tabs

🎄 CHRISTMAS PLANNER — gifts, cards, food and visitors, in one file.

Every year it is the same list, rebuilt from nothing: who is getting what, which parcel has not arrived, whether there is enough turkey for eight, and what time the potatoes go in. It lives on the backs of envelopes and in one person's head.

This puts it in one place. A gift list with a box for bought, wrapped and given. A countdown from 1 to 24 December. The dinner worked out twice — by quantity, and by the clock. And a plan page each for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and St Stephen's Day. Undated, so it works this year and next.

📦 WHAT YOU'LL GET

• 53 PAGES, A4, as a PDF. Print the pages you use.
• A SECOND FILE SIZED FOR TABLETS, with sixteen tabs down the side, every one a link.
• A DINNER QUANTITIES PAGE: what one person eats, the people at the table, and the total to buy, a line per dish.
• A COOKING TIMELINE: the oven and the hob by the clock, and who does each job.
• SIXTEEN RECIPE PAGES, each with a line for what can be made ahead and what is left for the day.

✳️ WHAT IS INSIDE

• CHRISTMAS AT A GLANCE — key days, who is hosting, the budget in one line.
• BUDGET — planned against spent, by category.
• GIFT LIST — six pages, one line a gift.
• STOCKINGS, ONLINE ORDERS (with return-by dates) and CARDS AND POST.
• DECORATIONS — which box, where it lives, and whether it went back in.
• COUNTDOWN — a row a day, 1 to 24 December.
• BUCKET LIST AND TRADITIONS.
• DINNER QUANTITIES, COOKING TIMELINE, BAKING and a FOOD SHOP list.
• GUESTS AND HOSTING — arriving, staying, dietary, bringing.
• CHRISTMAS EVE, CHRISTMAS DAY and ST STEPHEN'S DAY — a page each.
• MEMORIES — for next year — and NOTES.

═══════════════════════════════
🎯 PERFECT FOR

• The person in the house who ends up doing the whole of Christmas
• Hosting the dinner for the first time, and wanting the timings written down
• Families splitting the jobs, so everyone can see whose turn it is
• Anyone who would rather plan on a tablet than on paper, or both

⚠️ WHAT IT IS NOT:

• It is UNDATED. No year is printed anywhere, so you can use it again next Christmas. The countdown runs 1 to 24 December with no weekdays printed.
• IT IS 53 PAGES. Some Christmas planners run to ninety with pages of games, films and puzzles. This one has none of those. If you want activity pages, this is the wrong file.
• It is not illustrated. Every page is typeset and ruled, with no clipart.
• It prints no posting dates, shop hours or prices. They change every year, so there is a place to write this year's in.

🛠 HOW THIS WAS MADE

Every page is drawn by code at run time, from a declared list of sections. No purchased template, no clipart, no stock design. Each file ships with a record of the script that produced it, the exact version of that script, and the settings it ran with.

═══════════════════════════════
🌟 The whole of Christmas, out of your head and onto a page.
