Garden Journal Printable — Sowing Calendar, 30 Plant Pages, Bed Layouts & Harvest Log | Undated A4 PDF + Tablet Tabs

🌱 GARDEN JOURNAL — sowings, beds, harvests and what went wrong.

Every spring starts with the same questions. Which tomatoes did well last year? When did the broad beans go in? What ate the lettuce, and did the beer traps work? The answers were in your head in August and they are gone by February.

This keeps them. A sowing calendar you fill in for your own plot, a grid page for every bed, a page per plant with when it was sown, planted out and first picked, and a page for each month. Then the harvest, pest and watering logs, and a journal at the back. Undated, so it runs season after season.

📦 WHAT YOU'LL GET

• 76 PAGES, A4, as a PDF. Print the pages you use.
• A SECOND FILE SIZED FOR TABLETS, with thirteen tabs down the side, every one a link.
• THIRTY PLANT PAGES: variety, where it grew, the dates, how it was cared for, what worked, and what to do next time.
• A SOWING CALENDAR across twelve months, with a row for each plant, for you to shade.
• SIX BED LAYOUT PAGES on grid paper, one bed a page.

✳️ WHAT IS INSIDE

• MY GARDEN — the beds, the soil, where the sun falls, what you want this year.
• SOWING CALENDAR — two pages, JAN to DEC.
• BED LAYOUTS — six grid pages.
• SEED INVENTORY — every packet, where it came from, and its use-by.
• PLANT PAGES — thirty.
• MONTH BY MONTH — a page for each month: to sow, to plant out, to harvest, jobs and notes.
• HARVEST LOG, PESTS AND PROBLEMS, and WATERING AND FEEDING.
• WISH LIST — for next season.
• GARDEN JOURNAL — eight free pages — and NOTES on dot grid.

═══════════════════════════════
🎯 PERFECT FOR

• Vegetable growers and allotment holders who sow from seed
• Anyone starting a first raised bed and wanting to learn from it
• A gardener who plans on a tablet and wants to find last year's notes by tab
• A gift for someone who already has every tool

⚠️ WHAT IT IS NOT:

• It is UNDATED. No year is printed, so it lasts as many seasons as you have pages.
• IT DOES NOT TELL YOU WHEN TO SOW. Sowing and frost months depend on where you are and what you grow, so the calendar is blank for you to fill in. If you want a printed sowing guide for your region, this is the wrong file.
• It is not illustrated. Every page is typeset and ruled, with no botanical drawings.
• It is not a plant encyclopaedia. It is somewhere to write down your own garden.

🛠 HOW THIS WAS MADE

Every page is drawn by code at run time, from a declared list of sections. No purchased template, no clipart, no stock design. Each file ships with a record of the script that produced it, the exact version of that script, and the settings it ran with.

🌟 Next spring, you will know what went where.
