🌼"Do you make custom orders? "

Of course! We can make custom sizes, colors, wording, etc. We can also create custom art. Please message us with your ideas and we will let you know the price!

🌼"I accidently put the wrong address on the order"

That’s okay! Please send us the correct address ASAP, before your order has been shipped out. Unfortunately, once it is shipped, we will need to wait for it to be returned back to us. Once we receive it, we will resend your order to the updated address provided.

🌼"I tried tracking my shipped order and it still says pre-transit, did it ship?"

If your order has "pre-transit" under tracking after the item has been shipped, please know that THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED. Our local USPS, as well as many USPS locations aren't adding tracking to small, light items. This means your order is being treated like a standard letter, and making its way to you without tracking.

🌼Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of many items we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

🌼Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

There are no refunds since many items are custom. If an item breaks in shipment we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know at the time of purchase. Note that when submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal. **Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving.

🌼Do you offer rush production?

All orders will be processed in our standard 1-3 business days. If you need it SOONER you can purchase the Rush Order Fee listing in our shop, and these items will be processed in 1 business day.

🌼What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Eska and the Alpenglow LLC is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

🌼What are the care instructions for cloth items?

For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.

🌼What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

🌼If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

🌼Details about your order:
I try very hard to make each order special, as if you’re receiving a gift from a friend. Orders are personalized and are created with warmth and care, no matter how small or large the purchase. I often accommodate custom requests, and all gift messages are handwritten on cheerful cards; it’s important to me that what I send out into the world reflects kindness. I offer my art on a huge variety of items from apparel and accessories, to stickers and prints. I also do wholesale partnerships with other small businesses; if you're interested please message me!

🌼 Details about the art/design:
This is original art I drew, and I hope it brings you a piece of the joy I had in creating it. PS--if you're looking for other nature-centric designs, I have so many others in my shop! I'm an unabashed lover of wildflowers and all things wonderful, and draw from that inspiration often (pun intended). I do not use AI or commercial clipart; all designs you see are my original works.
