Microsoft Excel is recommended. The XLSX file can be imported into Google Sheets, but some formulas, formatting and dropdowns may behave differently.

The HTML dashboard opens in any modern browser and works offline. Information is stored on that device.

This is not a real-time syncing system. Information one family member enters on their computer won't appear automatically on anyone else's. Choose one person to keep the main copy and share exported backups as needed.

Q: Can multiple siblings use it?
A: Yes, as part of a shared family process. The dashboard doesn't sync in real time, so decide who keeps the main copy and how updated files are shared securely.

Q: Does the medication tracker tell us when to change a medication?
A: No. It only records medication information you enter. Never start, stop or change a medication based on this organizer. Medication decisions belong to a licensed healthcare professional.

Q: What is the Who Did What feed?
A: An activity record built from your entries: who gave a dose, called a provider, attended an appointment, paid an expense or completed a task.

Q: Does it store our legal documents?
A: It's an index. It records which documents exist, who is named and where they are kept. It does not create legal documents or confirm they are valid.

Q: Does the Emergency Profile replace medical records?
A: No. It's a one-page summary of what your family enters. It is not an official medical record, medical alert system or emergency service.
