Q: Do I need Excel* to use this template?
A: No. You get BOTH versions: a Google Sheets* make-a-copy link (free with any Google account) and an Excel* .xlsx file. Use whichever you like on a computer, tablet or phone.

Q: How do I get the Google Sheets* version?
A: After purchase, download the PDF "Google Sheets Download Link". Click the link, press "Make a copy", and your own private copy is saved to your Google Drive*. Takes 10 seconds.

Q: How do time zones and daylight saving work?
A: Type every lesson in YOUR time. The student's local time is calculated for that exact date, with daylight saving handled automatically for the US & Canada, Europe & UK, Australia and New Zealand. 46 time zones are ready and you can add your own.

Q: Can I use my own currency?
A: Yes. Type your currency symbol once on the Settings tab. All amounts work in any currency.

Q: I'm not good with spreadsheets. Is it beginner-friendly?
A: Yes. Green cells are for typing, grey cells calculate by themselves and show a warning if you try to type over a formula. Nothing is locked. A Start Here tab and a step-by-step Instructions PDF are included.
