What sizes are included?

Sizing details are listed in each product description. Digital downloads include multiple size ratios for easy printing. Physical prints are available in selected standard sizes. If you need a specific size, feel free to get in touch.

Is this a digital download or a physical print?

Please check the listing description for full details. Some items are digital downloads (no physical item will be shipped), while others are printed and delivered. If you’re unsure, feel free to message before ordering.

How do I personalise my order?

If the item is personalised, you can enter your details in the personalisation box before checkout. Please double-check spelling and information, as personalised items are created exactly as submitted.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the type of item. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to message before purchasing.

Custom and personalised orders

All prints are carefully produced and packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if your order is damaged in transit, please contact me with a photo and I will resolve this quickly. Your satisfaction is important and I’ll always do my best to help.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed. Physical items may be eligible for return or replacement if they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact me if there are any issues with your order.

Do colours look exactly the same in print?

Colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and printing methods. All designs are created to maintain a soft, premium look across different formats.

Can I request a custom design?

If you’re looking for something specific, feel free to message me. I’m happy to consider custom requests where possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As all prints are made to order, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted unless required by consumer law or agreed in exceptional circumstances. For eligible returns, buyers are responsible for return postage to the UK, where permitted by law. Tracked delivery is strongly recommended, and items must be securely packaged and returned in their original condition. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact me with photographs so I can arrange a suitable resolution at no additional cost to you. Please contact me before returning an item. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Will I receive a proof of my personalised artwork before printing?

To avoid delays and ensure your order is produced and dispatched promptly, I don't automatically send proofs for personalised orders. If you'd like to review your design before printing, please request a proof in the personalisation box or order notes when placing your order. Once an order has entered production, I'm unable to provide a proof or make changes, so please double-check all personalisation details before purchasing.

Star Seller. This seller consistently earned 5-star reviews, shipped on time, and replied quickly to any messages they received.

Monstera leaf print. A beautifully detailed illustration of a large monstera leaf fills the frame, its deep forest greens and characteristic splits rendered with a painterly, almost vintage naturalist quality against a warm cream background. Perched delicately on one of the leaf's lobes is a tiny tree frog, adding a charming and whimsical touch to this otherwise serene botanical study. The textured paper-like finish gives the artwork a timeless, natural history feel.

Perfect for a living room, hallway, home office, or bedroom gallery wall. It suits plant lovers, nature enthusiasts, and anyone looking to bring a calm, tropical atmosphere into their space.
