How do I get my files after I buy?

Your files are ready as soon as your payment is confirmed. On a computer, go to You > Purchases and reviews on Etsy and click Download Files next to your order. Etsy also emails you a link. Bundles download as .zip files, so unzip them to get the folders. A computer works best, since phones don't always open .zip and .docx files well.

What software do I need?

The templates are Microsoft Word (.docx) files, and six of our tracking and calculator products also include an Excel (.xlsx) workbook. They are built for Microsoft Word and Excel. Other programs such as Google Docs, Pages or LibreOffice may open them, but the layout and formulas can shift, so check your file before you print. Every template comes with a How-To-Use PDF guide.

Can I put my own logo and company information on the templates?

Yes, that's what they're built for. Every template uses sample details for a fictional company, ACME Roof Pros. Swap in your logo, then use Find & Replace (Ctrl+H) to replace the company name, address, phone, email and license number. Each product's How-To-Use guide walks you through it step by step.

Can my whole team use the templates?

Yes. Your purchase covers use inside your own business, so you can brand the templates and use them with your own reps, managers and customers as often as you like. You may not resell, share or give away the template files themselves, or sell them as your own templates.

Are these templates legal advice? Will they work in my state?

No, they are templates, not legal advice. Contract, insurance, licensing and consumer-protection rules vary by state, so have a licensed attorney in your state review any contract, agreement or letter before you use it. Code references point to the model code, so confirm what your local code official has adopted.

Who are the Public Adjuster Tools for?

Licensed public adjusters only. They are not for contractors or anyone working without a public adjuster license. Licensing, contracts, fees and deadlines are set by each state, so the templates leave those items blank for you to complete for your state. Have a licensed attorney in your state review the letters and agreements before use.

Should I buy templates one at a time or in a bundle?

Bundles cost roughly 40% less than buying the same templates one at a time. Are the names and numbers in the samples real?
