HOW IT WORKS
- Give every guest a private character page: who they are, their secrets, where they really were during the blackout, and one move per round. No acting, no script to learn.
- Play 3 timed rounds (20 + 20 + 15 min). Each round opens a sealed envelope of exhibits: a floor plan, photos, a live-stream log, witness statements, a UV check. The tension rises round by round.
- Everyone writes a silent accusation. At midnight, the sealed Solution is read aloud. The host can play too: the guide never names the thief.
