FAQ
Can the host play too? Yes. The guide never names the thief; the sealed solution does the revealing.
What is the minimum? Six players, host included. Witnesses 7 to 12 are added in any number.
Someone cancels at the last minute? Witnesses can simply be dropped. If a suspect cancels, the host or an optional player takes that page: the story does not change.
More than 12 guests, or a class? Cast the 12 roles, then split everyone else into Detective Teams of 3 to 5.
Do players need their phones? No. Phones appear as evidence printed on paper.
Do we need internet or an app? No. Every hint and the solution are inside your PDFs.
