What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please send us a message with photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label showing the recipient’s name and address. This will allow us to assess the issue and raise it with our printing partner or delivery carrier if necessary. Once we have reviewed the information, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution. Please report any damage within 7 days of delivery.

Custom and personalised orders

As our prints and frames are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for items simply because you have changed your mind. Please make sure you are happy with your choice before placing your order. Refunds may be offered in cases such as printing errors, quality issues, or other exceptional circumstances. For delivery-related issues, such as damage or carrier problems, we will review each case individually and, where appropriate, may offer a free replacement or another suitable solution.

Delayed Deliveries or Orders Arriving After the Estimated Timeframe

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the carrier and is unfortunately outside our control. Shipping and customs delays can occasionally occur. Please note that estimated delivery dates are based on typical delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as public holidays, peak periods, customs, weather, or other unexpected circumstances. Refunds cannot usually be issued for delivery delays unless the parcel has been officially classified as lost by the carrier. In such cases, we will provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to offer another suitable solution.

Quality Issues & Colour Differences

We aim to provide the highest possible quality, but occasionally an error may occur. If there is a printing or quality issue with your order, please send us a message with details and clear photos of the problem. Once reviewed, you may be offered the choice of a free replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances. Please note that colours may appear slightly different in person compared with how they appear on screen. Colours can vary depending on the device, screen settings, brightness, and display calibration. Minor colour variations do not qualify as a printing defect and are not eligible for a return or refund.

Custom and personalised orders

Please carefully check the delivery address before placing your order. We cannot offer a free replacement or refund if an incorrect address was provided at checkout. If your address is incomplete, please contact your local carrier as soon as possible to see whether the address can be updated or whether the parcel can be collected from a local collection point. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected within the carrier's collection period, we may be able to resend the order to the correct address. However, the customer will be responsible for any reprinting and additional shipping costs. We cannot offer a refund or free replacement for orders that could not be delivered due to an

Cancellation requests are usually possible before an order has been dispatched. However, because our products are made to order, cancellations may not always be possible if the order has already entered the printing or production process, even if it has not yet been marked as shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order, and we will do our best to assist.

Please note that Etsy's estimated delivery dates cannot account for unexpected carrier delays, particularly during the busy Christmas period. Orders placed after 7 December may or may not arrive before Christmas. If your order is intended as a Christmas gift, please place your order as early as possible and only order if you are comfortable with the possibility of it arriving after Christmas. We do not usually send replacement orders while the original parcel is still in transit. In most cases, the original order will still arrive, which can result in unnecessary additional costs and the inconvenience of arranging a return.

During busy periods, including holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may occasionally take longer than usual. Please refer to the estimated dispatch and delivery dates shown at the time of purchase for the most accurate expected timeframe. Please note that these dates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, particularly during peak periods. If your order has not arrived shortly after the estimated delivery date, please allow a few additional days before contacting us, as minor carrier delays can occur.
