Custom and personalised orders

If you need a size or ratio that isn’t included, please message us before you buy and we’ll let you know whether we can prepare it for you.

How do I download my files?

Your files are ready as soon as your payment is confirmed. Etsy emails you a download link, and you can also find the files any time under You > Purchases and reviews on etsy.com. We recommend downloading on a computer, as the Etsy app and some phones don’t save files easily. You can download the files again later if you need them.

Where and how should I print?

You can print at home, at a local print shop (for example Staples, FedEx Office, Walgreens or Costco photo centers in the US) or with an online print service. Choose the file that matches your frame’s ratio and print at 100% without cropping. For the best vintage look, use a matte or fine-art paper.

Why do the colors look a little different when printed?

Every screen, printer, paper and ink shows color slightly differently, so small variations are normal. A matte or fine-art paper and a print shop’s color-calibrated printer usually give the closest match to the listing photos.

Can I return or exchange a digital download?

Because digital files can’t be returned, digital downloads aren’t eligible for returns, exchanges or cancellations on Etsy. If something is wrong with your files — they won’t open, look damaged or aren’t the size you need — please message us and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I use the artwork commercially or share the files?

Your purchase is for personal use only — print it as many times as you like for your own home or as a personal gift. Please don’t resell, share or distribute the digital files, or use the artwork on products for sale.
