Highlights

A parent communication playbook for soccer coaches: 12 conflict scenarios with word for word scripts, a prevention system, and the 24 hour rule done properly. Licensed for one club, so every coach on your staff can use it.

Nobody quits coaching because of a 4v4 diamond. They quit because of a Tuesday night email. Every license course teaches passing patterns. Almost nothing teaches what to write back when a parent questions your lineup at 10pm. This playbook is that missing manual.

WHAT YOU GET
- The prevention system: the preseason meeting skeleton, the written expectations sheet, the topics map, and the proactive touch that changes how parents read every email you send
- 12 conflict scenarios, each with what is really happening, what not to do, and a word for word script: the playing time email, the angry parent at the field, the position complaint, the sideline joystick, the "coach yelled at my kid" report, the group chat wildfire, the win pressure, the bored kid, the commitment dispute, the quit conversation, the referee abuse parent, and the favoritism accusation
- The 24 hour rule, implemented properly, in both directions
- Game day standards and what to give parents for the car ride home
- The escalation ladder: when to document, when to involve the club, what never waits
- A printable quick reference card with the three move framework and scenario index

HOW THE SCRIPTS WORK
Every script is built on the same three moves: acknowledge the care, anchor to the system, answer with one concrete thing. They are written to be copied: retype one into your email or messages app and edit it until it sounds like you.
