What exactly do I receive?

PDF files you download after checkout. Nothing is posted to you, so there is no shipping and no waiting. The listing page tells you how many files and how many pages are included. When a pack holds a lot of files, they arrive as one ZIP: double-click it on a computer to open it, and if you are on a phone, download from your browser rather than from the Etsy app.

How do I download my files?

Right after payment, from the Downloads page of your Etsy account, and from the link in your confirmation email. The files stay in your account, so you can come back and download them again later.

How should I print them?

At actual size, on a normal home printer. The listing page says which paper size is in the download: some packs are A4, some are US Letter, and some have both. If your printer offers "fit to page", turn it off so the proportions stay right. The pages are mostly white, so black and white prints fine and does not use much ink. Print single-sided if the pages are going into a binder or a folder. On the longer packs, the first page tells you what to print: some are made to be picked from rather than printed whole, and others are made to be printed once and then filled in by hand.

Can I print a page more than once?

Yes, as many times as you like, for you and the people around you: your family, your class, your party, or your own working activity when the pack is a professional one. What is not allowed is reselling the files, sharing them as a download, or including them in something you sell yourself.

Can you make something for me?

Possibly, and I would like to hear the idea. Send me a message describing what you need and which language you need it in. Some of what is in the shop started as a request.

A planning system for starting, keeping track, and finishing. Seven printed pages and a record and
a next step, nothing more.

It is worth being plain about what this is, because the name can suggest otherwise. This is a set
of pages for writing down what you intend to do, what happened, and what you will do next. It
makes no claim to change attention, mood, or sleep, and it is not a substitute for anything a
clinician has told you.

WHAT IS IN IT

1. How to use these seven pages
2. The first ten minutes of the day
3. One thing: the next action and the stop point
4. Where the time actually went
5. Shutdown: closing the day
6. What pulled me away
7. What worked, and the evidence for it

THE PAGES THAT MATTER

Page two is four steps, in order, for the start of the day. Page five is six lines for the end of
it. Those two are the ones that get used daily, and they come again on their own in a separate
reprint file, keeping the numbers the full pack gives them.

Page three is the one the rest of the pack is built on. It asks for a next action rather than a
task, because deal with the flat is a task and does not get started, while email the landlord gets
started. It also asks for a stop point: the exact line you stop at, written down, so that picking
it up tomorrow starts at a known line rather than at the beginning.

Page four is the only measurement here. It puts what you thought a task would take beside what it
actually took. It is filled in once, at the end of a day, from memory. The gap between those two
columns is the point, and after a week or two it is usually a surprise.

Page seven is a list of what actually helped, kept by you, written after the fact. Nothing in the
pack decides what is right for you, and that is where that stays true.
