Highlights

A toddler soccer program kit for clubs and rec departments: every decision to launch and run a parent and me class for ages 2 to 3, from format and staffing to pricing, emails, and the launch timeline.

The tots program was the strangest line in our club budget: cheapest to run, easiest to staff wrong, and quietly the most important thing we did all year. Every family in your U6 program came from somewhere. This kit is how you grow your own.

WHAT YOU GET
- The honest case: pipeline, community, and margin, with the numbers thinking shown
- The format decision, settled: parent and me, 30 minutes, cap of 12, ages 2 to 3 kept separate from your 4 to 6 offering, 8 week blocks
- Staffing: the profile that works (unembarrassable, warm, loud in the good way), where to find them, why you pay them, and how parents become free staff
- The one bag equipment list with quantities, the space math, and the fifteen minute setup
- Pricing logic against the franchise programs, registration mechanics, the refund policy language, and the week zero email word for word
- The season arc, festival day, and the handoff that turns tots families into club families
- Worksheets: equipment checklist, the laminated session run sheet, and the launch timeline with one owner per row
- Plus the fillable forms pack: the equipment checklist, run sheet, and launch timeline as typeable PDFs
