This is a self-guided digital walk, not a guided event or a theatre ticket.

Covent Garden is at its busiest on Friday and Saturday evenings in December, and the piazza and Neal's Yard get very crowded after 18:00. A weekday around 17:00 gives you more room to look up.

Lights and displays change every year, so treat the walk as a mood rather than a checklist. Opening hours can change, particularly for pubs and theatres, so check current information before travelling.
