Plan your whole trip in one Google Sheets template: a day-by-day itinerary, a trip budget, expenses in any currency, all your bookings and a packing list, with a dashboard that counts down the days.

WHAT'S INSIDE

- Dashboard: trip name, destination and dates, days to go countdown, trip length, budget used, left to spend, packing progress, spending by category, planned vs actual chart and your next bookings
- Itinerary: day, date, time, activity, place, address or link, booking reference, cost and notes, with a coloured band for each day

You get a sample version filled with an example 10-day trip so you can see how everything works, and a blank version ready for your own trip.

HOW IT WORKS
1. After purchase, download the PDF from your Etsy purchases.
2. Click the link in the PDF. Google asks you to make a copy, which is saved to your own Google Drive. Share it with your travel buddies.
3. Add your trip details on the Setup tab, then your bookings and days.
