ADHD Gamified Planner, RPG Habit Tracker, Dopamine Menu (Digital Download)

5 QUICK ANSWERS BEFORE YOU BUY

1. Is this a real game, or a to-do list with XP pasted on?
It is a real RPG system built around ADHD-friendly design. You earn XP and Gold, level up through Ranks, fight Boss Battles with HP bars that drain as you finish sub-steps, roll for Loot, keep streaks with rest-day forgiveness, and spend Gold in your own Reward Shop.

2. I have never used Google Sheets* or Excel*. Will this overwhelm me?
No. Nothing needs setting up and there are no formulas to learn. Everything is pre-built and color-coded, and the Instructions PDF walks you through every tab in plain, friendly language.

3. What happens when I miss a day?
Nothing bad. XP is never lost, there is no death mechanic, you get up to 2 rest days a week without breaking your streak, coming back earns a Comeback Bonus, and your Best Streak is recorded permanently.

4. Does it need coding, Apps Script or macros?
No. Every mechanic runs on native spreadsheet formulas that work the moment you open the file, in Google Sheets* or Excel*.

5. Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It works in the free Google Sheets* and Excel* mobile apps on iOS and Android, plus tablet and desktop. Your XP and streaks stay in sync.

If planners leave you bored in three days and quietly guilty about another abandoned streak, you are not the problem. Most productivity tools were built for a different kind of brain.

Eleven tabs, no coding, no shame, in Google Sheets* or Excel*.
