HOW IT WORKS
Give each property item an asset ID and each job a separate project ID. Write the intended work and exclusions before collecting quotes. Compare two quotes side by side against the same brief, including materials, labor, cleanup, charges and timing. Record missing answers instead of treating them as zero.

Use the material page to record quantities, units, usable stock and purchase pack sizes. The worked example shows simple pack arithmetic and a quote clarification. All calculations are done by hand. Keep original quotes and dated revisions with your records.

This is a project-record binder. The separate HH Build Budget and Parts Ledger, Land and Grading Planner, and equipment maintenance book are not included. This product does not duplicate their complete contents or provide an automatic budget workbook.

PRINTING AND DELIVERY
Instant digital download after payment is confirmed. Unzip, select the PDF matching your paper and print at Actual Size / 100%. Write by hand. Reprint the sheets you need for your own property records. Both sizes contain the same content.

No physical binder, custom service, spreadsheet or automatic calculations. PDFs are not electronically fillable or editable templates. Text and line-based pages; no raster artwork is sold.

These sheets organize notes. They are not construction instructions, an engineered plan, a survey, a utility map, a contract, an inspection certificate or a compliance checklist. The grid is a drawing aid. Example quantities and quote amounts are fictional, not building recommendations or price estimates.
