• The deduction uses the mileage rate you set in Settings

1. Buy and download the START-HERE PDF
2. Click a button while signed in to Google, then "Make a copy"
3. Open your copy and follow the setup on the Start Here tab

━━━ GOOD TO KNOW ━━━
• Built for photographers, but works for any small service business: just rename the categories.
• Google Sheets only: you need a free Google account. This is not an Excel file.
• Works in any browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Setup is easiest on a computer.
• Nothing to install, no add-ons, no scripts.
• The tax set-aside is an estimate to help you save, not tax advice. Sales tax isn't included.
• Update the mileage rate in Settings each January.
• Prices show in US dollars; you can switch the currency format. Dates use US Eastern time by default.
• Screenshots show the sample copy with made-up data.
