How do I download my digital files?

After Etsy confirms payment, sign in to Etsy in a web browser and go to Purchases and reviews, then select Download Files beside your order. If you checked out as a guest, use the download link in your Etsy receipt email. Digital files cannot currently be downloaded through the Etsy app. No physical item is shipped for digital purchases. Message us on Etsy if you need help.

Can I print the files at a print shop?

Yes. You may print your purchased files at home or take them to a print shop for your own personal use. Choose the file size that matches your paper and print at actual size (100%) when the design is intended to fit a specific page or frame. Purchases do not include permission to resell, redistribute or share the files.

What paper should I use?

Ordinary printer paper works well for planner pages and everyday kitchen reference sheets. For recipe cards, table printables or display charts, consider heavier matte paper or cardstock that your printer supports. A print shop can help you choose paper for your intended use. Colors can vary between screens, printers and paper types.

Are the printed posters framed? What sizes are available?

Our printed posters are unframed. Choose 8 × 10, 11 × 14 or 16 × 20 inches from the sizes offered in the listing; these fit standard frames of the same size. Posters are printed to order by our production partner and shipped from the United States. Digital chart listings are separate instant-download products.

Where do the food-safety references come from?

Our meat-temperature chart references guidance from the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). Please read the chart notes and the source information in the listing. Our kitchen conversion charts provide cooking measurement references. Message us if you have a question about a chart.

Can I resell or share the files?

No. Digital purchases are for personal use only. You may print copies for your own household, planning and gatherings, but may not resell the files or printed designs, share the digital files, upload them for others to download, or use them commercially.

What if my poster arrives damaged or misprinted?

Please message us on Etsy promptly and within 30 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the problem and packaging. We will help resolve damage or a printing defect with an appropriate replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending anything back. Because posters are printed to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.
