INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Droidtech e.K., owner Michael Rauen, Auf der Eichelsbach 19, 54533 Hasborn, Germany, phone: +49 6574 227 0937, e-mail: hello@softcurvestudio.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us (Droidtech e.K., Auf der Eichelsbach 19, 54533 Hasborn, Germany) without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§ 1 Scope
These terms apply to all contracts concluded by consumers and traders with Droidtech e.K. (address see legal notice) via the Etsy shop SoftCurve Studio. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 German Civil Code, BGB). A trader is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business or profession (§ 14 BGB). Deviating terms of the customer do not apply.
§ 2 Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded via the Etsy platform. Listing an item constitutes a binding offer. The customer accepts it by completing the Etsy checkout with a click on the order/buy button. Until then, the customer can check and correct their entries in the shopping cart. Etsy confirms receipt of the order by e-mail. The contract language is German. The contract text is stored by Etsy and can be viewed in the customer's Etsy account under "Purchases".
§ 3 Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs as stated in the respective listing are added, unless free shipping is stated. No customs duties apply to deliveries to other EU countries.
§ 4 Payment
Payment is made exclusively via Etsy Payments. Etsy shows the available payment methods during checkout. Payment is due when the order is placed.
§ 5 Delivery and delivery time
We deliver with DHL within Germany and to the member states of the European Union; we do not deliver to other countries. Each piece is printed for you after receipt of payment. Production and dispatch usually take 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday). DHL transit time comes on top: usually 1 to 3 business days within Germany and 3 to 8 business days to other EU countries. The estimated delivery time shown in the listing or during checkout is decisive. We do not offer custom orders, gift wrapping or gift messages.
§ 6 Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Droidtech e.K. until paid in full.
§ 7 Cancellation and right of withdrawal
We do not offer cancellation of an order after the purchase has been completed. This does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers (see the information on the right of withdrawal above). Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt; exchanges are not offered.
§ 8 Warranty
The statutory rights for defects apply. All pieces are new. Due to the manufacturing process, 3D-printed pieces show fine layer lines; these are part of the described characteristics. Information on material, care and use (e.g. not waterproof, not heat-resistant above 50 °C, light objects only with LED tealights) is given in the respective listing description.
§ 9 Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.
§ 10 Applicable law, place of jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of the state of their habitual residence. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Droidtech e.K.
§ 11 Consumer dispute resolution
