OPTIONAL AI ASSISTANT
Connect your own Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok account, or a free option that runs on your own computer, and the app can turn customer emails into clients, appointments and quotes, draft quote and invoice notes, personalize reminders, and summarize your week. It also rewrites notes (grammar, bullet points, tone) and can research on the web with Claude or Gemini. Every suggestion is shown for you to review first, and the assistant stays off until you turn it on. The AI assistant and any online lookups need an internet connection; everything else works offline.
The AI assistant is optional. It uses your own AI provider account, and that provider bills you directly for your usage. A free option runs on your own computer.
